Child Print ID Kits
A child safety kit is a preemptive measure to find your child if they are ever abducted. A child safety kit records your child’s height, weight, blood type, eye color, and fingerprints, so you can pass it off to authorities and help them find your child faster.
Parents, take care of your kids and take care of yourself. It could be essential in finding your child if he or she is reported missing.
We encourage you to utilize your local law enforcement agency for this service, but if you would like a more detailed account of a Child ID print kit, please consider the Carin Group, LLC.

Have your child’s fingerprints taken by a trained fingerprint professional technician. If your child is missing, law enforcement can enter the prints into the FBI’s National Crime Information Center database. As with all of these methods of identification, fingerprints can be recorded and stored at little or no cost.
Q: Why would I need a child ID kit?
When recovering a missing child, the most important tools for law enforcement are an up-to-date quality photograph and descriptive information.
Q: What is included in the Child Print ID Kit?
A personal record, fingerprint record, photo record, medical record (for user to insert) and fingerprint card for fingerprinting.
Q: What do I need to bring?
Provide proof of the child’s valid Social Security Number. All Social Security information will be verified. If the child is ineligible for a Social Security number, you must present a letter of ineligibility from the Social Security Administration. Provide proof of identity, U.S. citizenship or legal presence and residency for the child. Residency can be confirmed through documents in the parent’s name if the family relationship can be established by other forms of documented proof.
